Update Final Results from DHET {SEDLES-6}

Upon receipt of data files containing Exam Results obtained from the Department of Education as part of the Electronic Data Link to the Examination System (EDLES), result codes are updated onto ITS.

Input files from the department must be uploaded or transferred via FTP to the directory defined in {BATCH-7} for the combination System = STUD and function = EDL.
The file names should be in the format CCCCXSYR.TXT, e.g. 5827T15R.TXT will be the file name for Technical studies exam written in Term 1 of 2015 where
- CCCC = Last four characters of the Centre Number
- X = Data Set Indicator as supplied on prompt , i.e. T for Technical Studies
- S = Semester/Term, i.e. 1 for Semester 1
- Y = Last digit of the Examination Year
- R = Indicates Results upload
Exam opportunity must exist on {SCODE2-3} for the exam month.
Result codes corresponding to the result codes as used by the Department must be created in {SCODE-23}.
Update Final Mark and Final Result on {SSTUDA-2}.
Marks received as 777 or 999 will be set to 0
The upload of Results rely on the correct set-up of {GOPS-21} as mentioned in the External Conversion Codes section of EDLES
