NumPA Evaluation Score {SREGMS-6}

In this option the user will be able to link a student to NumPA Test, Stage Achieved, Date for the Test and to link the student to a person and type by whom the task will be administered.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: NumPA

Field	Type & Length	Description
Student	N9	Enter the Student Number, the number will be validated against {SREGB-1}.
Description		The Student's Surname and Initials will be displayed.
Name of Test	A4	Select a NumPA test from the available <LOV>. The tests are defined in Task Definition {SCODE4-7}. The description of the Test will be displayed.
Stage Achieved	A127	Select the Stage Achieved from the available <LOV>. This list is defined using Numeracy Stages {SCODE4-9}. The user links the available stages to a NumPA test. Only the stages defined for the selected NumPA test will be available in this list. The Stage Achieved Description will be displayed.
Date	DD-MON-YYYY	Select a valid date for the test from the calendar.
Task Administered By	A6	Select the person / type of person by whom the task was administered from the available <LOV>
Comments	A2000	Type any comments in the comments field.
