Payment and Registration Confirmation Letter {SNZQAR-13}


Print documents for students who have registered at the External Examination Authority (eg. NZQA) for examinations.



Process to follow to enable the use of this option:

 Setup:
1 Setup the letter group code in {GMNT-5} or {GMNT-14} to be used when the documents are generated for this option.

 Link this group code as the default stylesheet to this option in {USERS-1} Tab 'Report Output Formats'.

 Setup System Operational Definitions on {SMNT-12}:
  • CL for subsystem SR - External Exam Confirmation Letter Code
This SOD indicates that the coded data field 4, linked to the service request, needs to be updated when the program is execute with this option.
 

Operational:
1 Update needed coded data fields of the 'External Exam Registration' service request on {SSTUDS-3b3}.
(The External Exam Registration' service request is generated by {SNZQAR-1}).


Coded data field 4 - Payment and Registration Confirmation Letter generation Date, on the student's 'External Exam Registration' service request for the year, in option {SSTUDS-3}, will be populated with date when this letter is generated for the student.
