Calculate WRS Scores {SNAPP2-1}

This option is used to calculate the WRS score for a student.

The Application cycle (A) must be open in order to do this calculation.
The system converts the {SREGB-9} subject scores of a student to a SRS score using {SCODE-6}, in order to calculate the correct WRS score per qualification.

The score that is used in calculations for specific subjects, like Life Orientation may be Capped or Overridden when the WRS scores are calculated:

The override value must be specified on {SCODE-5} Maintain Matric Subjects.
The value of {SMNT-12} SOD MA/SP Calculate the override score must be set to

OVERRIDE (Default) - The override value will be used in WRS calculation regardless of matric subject symbol achieved
CAPPING - If the student score exceeds the override score at which the subject should be capped, the override score will be used in the calculation
