Maintain Attendance Type Codes {SCODE-42}

This option is used to create new and maintain existing Attendance Type Codes that are used record student attendance on the Attendance Register (pl0001-11.html). Deletion of record/s will not be allowed if the attendance has already been captured against the attendance type code.
Users cannot delete Attendance Type Codes Y/N/L/R or A regardless of whether or not the attendance has been captured against these codes. The fields 'Attended', 'Include in Calc' and 'Active' for these codes may not be updated.

Fields in this option:

Code	A1	Enter the attendance type code.
Description	A60	Enter the description of the attendance type code.
Attended	A1	Indicate if the student attended or not (Y/N).
Include in Calc	A1	Indicate if the Attendance Type Code will be included or excluded in the Attendance Calculation. (Y/N)
Override	A1	Indicate whether or not the Attendance Type Code can be overridden (Y/N)
Active	A1	Indicate whether or not the Attendance Type Code is active (Y/N)
