This option is to view the student’s academic record for all registered years and qualifications.

   
No Name Description
1. Validations {SMNT-1}  
a. KS  -  Kiosk Use SMNT-2 Type E – Subsystem General If this validation is switched on, the system will use system cycle ‘E’.
2. System Cycles {SMNT-2}  
a. If  the supress indicator is set to Yes for Cycle ‘E – Enter Exam Marks’, the following detail will not be displayed:
  • Half Period Mark
  • Full Period Mark
  • Final Mark
  
3. Status Codes {FSAO-4} and {SREGL-2}
 If the student has a status code that is linked to the following action codes the results will not be displayed:
a. ‘FW – Withhold examination results – finance’  
b. ‘PA – Stop print of academic record’  
c. ‘PO –  Stop print certificate of condunct’  
d. ‘PW – Withhold examination results’
