Link Advert Questions to Question Group Code {PERC-5}

This menu option is used to link questions to a group that has already been created in {PERC-3}.

Questions that are linked here should be relevant to the Group Description.
Question groups cannot be created in this menu option, they can only be updated with Questions in block 2.

Block 1: Question groups are linked to Adverts being placed on eRecruitment and are used to allow for additional information to be requested/submitted by applicants.

Block 2: Question groups are linked to Adverts being placed on eRecruitment and are used to allow for additional information to be requested/submitted by applicants.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Question Number	N7	Here you are able to number your questions accordingly.
Required	A1	This field will indicate whether this question is required (mandatory) by the applicant E.g. (Y)es or (N)o
Answer Type	LOV	Select the Answer Type from the LOV provided {PERC-4}
Weight	N7	This field on the Answer Type may be used to calculate a Total Score for the On line Application.
Max Points	N4	Indicate the maximun number of points for the question
Min Requirements	A1	Indicate Y/N/NULL. If the Minimum Requirement is set to Yes, and the applicant's answer to the question, when applying through eRecruitment, does not meet the minimum requirement (i.e. if the applicant answers "N" , No to the question), the application will be stopped. A message will be displayed to the applicant that the minimum requirements are not met and the application will be saved as "Unsuccessful" for the Advert Code and Start Date. If there are more than one question indicated as minimum requirement, all of them should be answered with Y to pass the minimum requirement. Example 1: Are you a Qualified Chartered Accountant? Example 2: Confirmation of no criminal record - pls answer "Yes" if you have no criminal record. Pls note, when setting up the answer type in {PERC-4}, the Answer value may only be a Y or a N. Questions should be phrased in such a way that a Yes (Y) is a "pass" and a No (N) is a "fail".
Repeat	A1	If set to (Y)es, the applicant may enter multiple answer sets.
Formatting	A20	Please note that this is not in use and is used for future development.
System Generated	A1	If set to (Y)es, the question was supplied with the system and cannot be changed
Inactive from	D11	From which date the question is invalid in the group
Question Detail	A2000	The text of the question to be displayed
Alternate Question	A2000	This field can be made to use when there are 2 parts to a question OR there is a different way to ask the Question
