Employer Codes {GCS4-1}

Employer Codes may be set-up using this option. These Employer Types will be used in a few Sub-Systems. Examples are in the Student Sub-System, Students from Sasol can be linked to the Employer Code created for Sasol and all accounts for the relevant students can be sent directly to the employer.


Fields in the option:

Field Type

Length		 Description
Employer Code A5 Enter a Code for the Employer types.
Name A30 Enter a description for the employer code.
Co-op A1 (Yes/No)  Will this employer be used in the Co-operative Education System?
Active A1 (Yes/No)  Is this employer still an active member of the Co-operative Education System?
Industry Type A4 Enter the Industry Type. The <LIST> function will display all codes created at {COOPC-1}.
Include for DEBTPACK A1 (Yes/No)  Should the employer be included in DEBTPACK download?
Debtor Number N9 Enter the debtor number to be linked to the contributing employer. List of values will be populated from Debtor Detail {BOPS-21}, where Active indicator is equals to A and Person Type is equal "Other".
Creditor Number
 N9
 Enter the creditor number to be linked to the contributing employer. List of values will be populated from Creditor Detail {FPMM-2}, where Active indicator is equals to A
